РЕФЕРАТ
Это первое в ФГБУ «РОНЦ им. Н.Н. Блохина» МЗ РФ описание клинического наблюдения фолликулярной лимфомы с утратой экспрессии антигена CD20 в процессе противоопухолевого лечения, включавшего ритуксимаб. Обсуждается тактика дальнейшего ведения подобных пациентов, а также влияние на прогноз приобретенного в процессе иммунохимиотерапии CD20-негативного статуса опухолевыми клетками фолликулярной лимфомы.
