РЕФЕРАТ
Достижение полной ремиссии (ПР) у больных хроническим лимфолейкозом (ХЛЛ) стало осуществимой целью лечения, которая напрямую коррелирует с длительной выживаемостью. Однако даже при достижении ПР в организме пациента может оставаться определенное количество опухолевых клеток, характеризующее понятие минимальной остаточной болезни (МОБ). В последнее время появилось много данных, доказывающих необходимость выявления и мониторинга МОБ, т. к. она оказывает существенное влияние на прогноз ХЛЛ. Достижение МОБ-отрицательной ремиссии является независимым прогностическим фактором длительной выживаемости без прогрессирования и общей выживаемости. Появление новых диагностических методов позволило дать определение МОБ и разработать стандарты ее оценки. В настоящем обзоре представлен анализ литературных данных по изучению МОБ, методам ее оценки, прогностической значимости, а также способам эрадикации.
