РЕФЕРАТ

В обзоре литературы подробно рассмотрены механизмы влияния цитостатических препаратов и их комбинаций на мужские репродуктивные клетки. Показана частота бесплодия, индуцированная схемами комбинированной противоопухолевой терапии лимфомы Ходжкина. Даны подробные описания характерных эндокринных нарушений, возникающих после противоопухолевого лечения, представлены используемые и экспериментальные методы сохранения фертильности.


Ключевые слова: лимфома Ходжкина, мужское бесплодие, криоконсервация спермы, сохранение фертильности.
