Технические аспекты выполнения трепанобиопсий костного мозга

РЕФЕРАТ

Цель трепанобиопсии костного мозга — получить полноценный образец для гистологического исследования кроветворной ткани. В статье представлена информация о показаниях и противопоказаниях для выполнения этой манипуляции. С необходимыми подробностями изложена техника трепанобиопсии иглой Jamshidi, обсуждаются возможные осложнения процедуры и дефекты ее исполнения.
