Personal Data Processing Agreement
This is an agreement concerning the Processing of Personal Data in accordance with the law of
the Russian Federation.
Accepting this Agreement and providing his or her data on the website www.bloodjournal.ru
(“Website”) by completing the registration forms the User:
- confirms that the data provided belongs to the User;
- confirms and acknowledges the present Agreement;
- confirms his or her agreement of the processing personal data by the Website
The User authorizes the Website to process his or her personal data in accordance with the
Federal Law 152-F3 “On the personal data” paragraph 3, part 1, section 3, 27.07.2006 of the
Russian Federations and confirms that does so knowingly and willingly.
The consent to the present Agreement is informed.
“Personal Data” means:
- Full name;
- E-mail;
- Phone number;
- Affiliation and degree
The User provides his or her personal data in order to get access to the materials of the Website.
The User authorizes the Website:
- to acquire and collect the data;
- update the data;
- use the data;
- destroy the data.
The data provided to the Website will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of the journal
and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
The Agreement is effective as of the entering the data into the Website forms, remains in the
force without limit of time and may be dissolved by submitting an application to the e-mail
bj@medprint.ru. The application must contain the data listed in p.4 of the Federal Law “On the
personal data”.
The Website has the right to update the present Agreement. In case of changes and updates of the
present Agreement the Website must provide the date of revision.
The new revision is effective as of its publication of the Website if not otherwise specified.
